11 time nominated and 3 time Academy Award winner Michael Minkler is a motion picture sound re-recording mixer who has mixed over 200 projects. Known for his outstanding work in BLACK HAWK DOWN, CHICAGO and DREAMGIRLS and countless other projects.

Mike has also won multiple Emmy Awards, BAFTA Awards, Satellite Awards and many others, including the Career Achievement Award from the Cinema Audio Society.

Mike is a Hollywood native and the family’s third generation sound professional. His grandfather was a part owner of the Hollywood landmark, Radio Records, and is considered a true pioneer in the field of sound recording for both films and records. Mike has collaborated with Hollywood’s elite directors and is currently the Managing Director and Chief Creative Officer at MPMG.

Jonathan Steele got his initial start in the entertainment industry as an actor. He worked in commercials, music videos, and short films. He completed and received two licenses in the insurance industry, but has since returned to the film industry, where he now works as a producer.

Putting together a project is particularly challenging but working with a talented team is what makes the difference between obstacles and opportunities.“ He aims to give others the authentic experience of being involved in story telling and large scale film productions.

Rene Leda has over 28 years of experience in the film and television industry. His expertise ranges from developing and distributing television programs in international markets, to handling programs for companies like Twentieth Century Fox TV International, Warner Bros., ABC, CBS, Columbia Pictures, BBC, and many more within Latin American markets.

In 2004, Rene formed NetMinds Inc., a distribution company selling films, series, and formats to markets worldwide. Leda’s NetMinds joined forces with Anatol Chavez/Terra Entertainment in 2009 to create Synergetic distribution, an entertainment production and distribution company.
